We’d rather you were sure before you spent anything. That’s why every pass starts with a free trial — and why, if a paid purchase isn’t right for you, asking for a refund is simple.

Try before you pay

Every Ofarwise pass begins with a 14-day free trial, with no card required to start. The trial is your chance to use the app fully and decide whether it earns its place before any money changes hands. We genuinely encourage you to use it.

The refund window

If you’ve paid for the £49.99 3-month pass and it isn’t right for you, you can request a refund within 14 days of your purchase. We’ll review eligible requests fairly and aim to say yes wherever it’s reasonable.

How to request a refund

Email support@ofarwise.comfrom — or clearly stating — the email address you used to purchase, so we can match the request to your pass. A brief note on what didn’t work for you is welcome but not required.

Why refunds go through support

All Ofarwise purchases happen inside the app— there is no checkout on this website. Because of that, refunds are handled by our support team rather than through a web account, and edge cases are reviewed and processed manually. Reaching us by email is the right path, and we’ll guide you from there.

How refunds are issued

Approved refunds are issued through Stripe, our payment processor, back to your original payment method. Once we process a refund, the time it takes to appear on your statement depends on your bank or card provider.
